 Babu Dayal PADULLAPARTHI (Ph.D. from IIT Delhi) has been the Co-Founder and Executive Director of VQuanta PLC, founded in New Delhi, India. He also founded Photonic Components DFM Ltd., HK (2017), and co-founded AIS Laser Technology Company Ltd. (2020) in Hong Kong to provide professional services in Datacom, 3D Sensing and LiDAR areas. He held many senior executive roles in HK, PRC and Japanese (Principal Engineer in SAE/TDK, Director/CTO in Sanan Optoelectronics, Vice President in AIS Laser Technology) companies in promoting multiple high volume VCSEL development & manufacturing projects including fund raising. He worked in Tokyo Institute of Technology on VCSELs during 2005-09. He received several international Best poster Awards, Research Scholarships/Fellowships, including Wiley-IEEE Press Professional Book Award for the year 2022. He has co-authored more than 50 technical papers, one book on VCSEL Industry, co-inventor of 31 patents, and is a member of IEEE (Photonics and Communications Societies), Optica (formerly OSA) & SPIE. |
Pradeep is in the business of managing Intellectual Property (IP) rights since 2001, has specialization in Semiconductor Electronics. Pradeep focuses on innovation management and business development around IP. He obtained Masters Degree in Instrument Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, Masters Degree in Intellectual Property from Franklin Pierce Law Center, USA. He also has a Masters Degree in Physics. Pradeep has worked in Europe, North America, and Asia and has gained extensive exposure to international market strategies and IP practices. Pradeep is registered at the US Patent and Trademark Office as patent agent and is registered to practice at the Indian Patent Office. Pradeep has helped his clients develop cutting edge patent portfolio using TRIZ solution and other creative problem-solving solutions. He has handled matters for IBM, STMicroelectronics, Philips Electronics, Texas Instrumentation, Avaya, and other leading multinational companies. Pradeep has successfully developed patent assertion, IP valuation, freedom to operate, and licensing strategies. Pradeep actively participates in IP awareness programs and conferences as a speaker. Pradeep has co-authored book titled “Electronic Devices and Circuits” that is being at the NIIT. Pradeep is multi-lingual and is proficient in English, Hindi, Marathi, and Bengali and he has an intermediate understanding of Gujarati, Punjabi, Urdu, Telugu, and Kannada. He plays Flute (Indian Classical) and has personally been blessed by the Maestro pt. Hari Prasad Chaurasia. Drama is one of his hobbies; he has acted in many plays in New Jersey US and India. Pradeep has developed IP training and educational programs for Managers, Engineers, and Lawyers. At VQuanta, Pradeep focuses on legal, IP and business intelligence teams.
